We offer product exchange and returns only in case of defective products within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. We do not accept cancellations once an order is confirmed and dispatched. When you request an exchange or return, we try to offer a pick-up service, but it is not guaranteed. In such cases, we request the customer to ship the return themselves. Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
A return order is ineligible for exchange or refund if it is done beyond the 7 calendar days period from the date of delivery. If we receive an in-bound return for an ineligible return, goods will be returned to the customer and no further requests will be entertained. If you send an unauthorized in-bound shipment, we will be unable to serve you in the future.
